Our Leadership Team
Eric Lituchy
Eric began his career at Young & Rubicam (Y&R), working on major clients like Johnson & Johnson® and Advil®. He later moved to Bates Advertising, focusing on media planning for Sudafed® and Actifed®. His passion for craft beer led him to start Ale In The Mail™, which he eventually sold to start Delightful Deliveries™, an e-commerce gift company. Under his leadership, Delightful Deliveries became the largest gourmet gift website and was named a Top 100 Website by Internet Retailer Magazine in 2008. Recognized as a pioneer in e-commerce and digital marketing, Eric has worked with over 200 brands, from startups to Fortune 100 companies, helping them succeed online. He holds a degree from the Eller College of Business at the University of Arizona and lives in Port Washington, NY with his family. Outside of work, Eric enjoys running races across Long Island.
David Wauters (Advisor)
David is a seasoned e-commerce professional with 21 years of experience, particularly in Fashion/Apparel.
- Walmart eCommerce: David achieved record year-over-year growth, surpassing all other major fashion areas, and played a key role in executing site marketing initiatives. He used analytics to improve website performance, including page load times, conversion rates, and bounce rates.
- Bare Necessities (Vice President, eCommerce, 16 years): He led a 15-member eCommerce team that became the second-largest online retailer of lingerie, swimwear, and loungewear, behind Victoria’s Secret. David developed and executed site campaigns, marketing, A/B/N testing, personalization, and more. He also increased SEO revenue by 55%, making it the top channel for acquiring new customers and generating demand.
